Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have visited the construction of a residential complex with 524 apartments in the city of Kalbajar
On September 2, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva visited the construction of a residential complex for 524 families in the city of Kalbajar.
The head of state and the First Lady were provided with detailed information about the work being carried out.
It was reported that the total area of this residential complex is 19.5 hectares.
In the first phase, 201 families will be relocated here. For this purpose, six four-story buildings have been constructed in the complex. Each building contains 27 apartments. Of these, 54 apartments are two-room, 72 are three-room, and 36 are four-room.
The President and First Lady also toured the completed apartments in the complex.
Additionally, 39 two-story “townhouse” style houses have been built in the complex, each with three rooms.
It was noted that in the second phase, 323 families are planned to be relocated to the complex. For this, 16 multi-apartment four-story buildings of various types and 57 two-story “townhouse” style houses will be constructed.
Every effort is being made to ensure the comfort of the residents. The area will feature parks, recreation areas, social and household facilities, parking lots, bicycle paths, and playgrounds and sports fields. Extensive landscaping and greening work will also be carried out.
