Now TarTar city of Azerbaijan is being heavily bombarded by armed forces of Armenia. Chess school, new settlement for IDPs, local mayor office and other housing buildings are among targets. We strongly condemn such barbaric behaviour of Armenia. #KarabakhisAzerbaijan
