The latest situation in the front on October 30
During the day on October 29 and night on October 30, the Armenian armed forces fired at the positions of the units of Azerbaijan Army and our human settlements in different directions of the front with various weapons, including artillery and missiles.
The combat operations continued mainly in the direction of Aghdere, Khojavend and Gubadli. Attempts by the enemy to attack were strongly suppressed.
As a result of retaliatory actions against the Armenian armed forces in various directions of the front, some of the enemy’s personnel were killed and wounded.
During the day and at night yesterday, a large number of enemy forces, 2 – Su-25 attack aircraft, 3 – T-72 tanks, 1 – IFV, 2 – “Smerch” and 1 – BM-21 “Grad” MLRS, 10 different types of howitzers, 2 – “Gvozdika” self-propelled howitzers, 1 – “Osa” anti-aircraft missile system, 1 – P-18 radar station, 4 – auto vehicles were destroyed and wrecked.
At present, our troops are monitoring the operational situation.

A number of our human settlements have come under fire since the morning
The territory of Goranboy, Tartar, Aghdam and Aghjabedi regions have come under artillery fire since 07:35 on October 30.
Adequate measures are being taken by our Army.
The “Smerch”, which shelled Barda, was destroyed – VIDEO
The firing position of the “Smerch” MLRS belonging to the Armenian Armed Forces, which fired at the peaceful population and civilian infrastructure in the city of Barda, was determined by our units.
On October 29, at about 15:18, the enemy’s “Smerch” MLRS was destroyed by the accurate fire of our units.

The territory of the Gubadli region is under artillery fire emanating from the territory of Armenia
At present, the armed forces of Armenia are subjecting to artillery fire the territory of the Gubadli region from the direction of the Goris region of Armenia.
Azerbaijan Army Units will take adequate retaliatory actions.
Enemy’s rocket-artillery depot has been destroyed – VIDEO
Armenian media has spread another false information about the alleged destruction of an ammunition depot belonging to the Azerbaijan Army. However, the enemy once again exposed its fraudulence by adding a recorded video of the depot from a close distance.
In fact, on the night of October 29, the rocket-artillery depot of the Armenian armed forces newly built in the occupied territory was destroyed by our units.

Two more “Smerch” belonging to the enemy, which fired at the cities of Barda and Tartar, were destroyed today – VIDEO
The positions of the next two Smerch MLRS belonging to the Armenian armed forces, which fired at peaceful population and civilian infrastructure in the cities of Barda and Tartar, were determined by our units.
On October 30, at about 12:55 and 14:18, the two Smerch MLRS were destroyed by the accurate fire of our units.

Ilham Aliyev made a phone call to President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan
On October 30, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev made a phone call to President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The head of state reiterated that the people of Azerbaijan were saddened by the news of the earthquake in the Aegean region of Turkey, and wished that the country would recover as soon as possible.
Noting that, today, as always, the Azerbaijani people stand by friendly and brotherly Turkey, President Ilham Aliyev reaffirmed Azerbaijan’s readiness to provide all possible assistance to the brotherly country.
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan thanked President Ilham Aliyev for the phone call and the attention.
